All sales, order fulfillments, parts pickups, and account invoices are handled directly at our local Gardena sales desk or through established wholesale shop account agreements.
1. Standard 1-Year Limited Replacement Warranty
All automotive replacement parts (including radiators, A/C compressors, condensers, fan assemblies, heater cores, and intercoolers) sold by DB FRANCHISEE LLC are backed by a Standard 1-Year Limited Replacement Warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing craftsmanship.
Warranty Scope & Coverage:
If a component fails within 1 year from the original date of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, DB FRANCHISEE LLC will inspect the unit and provide a direct replacement part free of charge.
Exclusions & Limitations:
- Warranty coverage is strictly limited to replacing the defective physical component.
- Warranty does not cover labor costs, diagnostic fees, towing fees, rental car expenses, or indirect/consequential vehicle damages.
- Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, lack of cooling system flushing, contaminated refrigerant, physical accident impact, off-road abuse, or vehicle modification.
- A/C Compressors: Replacing the A/C compressor requires flushing the system and installing a new receiver-drier/accumulator and expansion valve. Failure to replace the receiver-drier voids compressor warranty coverage.
2. How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty replacement claim at our Gardena Hub, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact Sales Desk — Call our sales desk directly at (310) 978-1616 or visit our counter at 16221 S Maple Ave, STE-C, Gardena, CA 90248.
- Step 2: Provide Proof of Purchase — Present your original sales receipt, invoice number, or commercial account reference.
- Step 3: Physical Part Inspection — Bring the affected component to our sales desk. Our technicians will inspect the unit to verify manufacturing defect eligibility.
- Step 4: Immediate Part Replacement — Upon verification, a replacement component will be issued immediately from our warehouse inventory or dispatched via local hotshot delivery for commercial accounts.
3. 30-Day Return & Fitment Exchange Policy
We understand that vehicle fitment parameters can vary. We offer a 30-Day Return & Exchange Window under the following conditions:
- Uninstalled / New Condition: Unused, uninstalled parts in their original box and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
- Restocking Fee: 0% restocking fee on all defective items or fitment exchanges. Unopened optional returns may be subject to a standard 10% restocking fee to cover warehouse handling.
- Wrong Fitment Guarantee: If a part supplied does not fit your specified vehicle year, make, and model, bring the unit back to our sales desk for an immediate 100% exchange for the correct fitment unit.
4. Counter Pickup & Shop Delivery Parameters
- Retail & DIY Counter Pickup: Retail customers may pick up quoted orders directly at our Gardena sales desk during operating hours (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Sat 8:00 AM–2:00 PM).
- Commercial Fleet Shop Delivery: Registered wholesale repair shop accounts qualify for priority hotshot delivery across Gardena, Torrance, Carson, Hawthorne, and the South Bay area.
