3. Pickup, Hotshot Delivery & Order Fulfillment

DB FRANCHISEE LLC offers two primary fulfillment options from our Gardena facility at 16221 S Maple Ave, STE-C, Gardena, CA 90248:

Gardena Counter Pickup: Orders placed for counter pickup are available during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sat 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
Hotshot Local Shop Delivery: Same-day hotshot delivery is available for commercial automotive repair facilities and fleet accounts across Gardena and the South Bay region (including Torrance, Carson, Redondo Beach, Hawthorne, Manhattan Beach, and El Segundo). Delivery timelines depend on order placement time and delivery queue conditions.

4. Parts Warranties & Return Policies

We take pride in supplying heavy-duty and automotive-grade cooling and A/C components built to high quality standards:

Standard 1-Year Replacement Warranty: All automotive parts sold by DB FRANCHISEE LLC come with a standard 1-year limited replacement warranty covering defects in materials and manufacturing.
Extended Commercial Fleet Warranties: Registered commercial fleet accounts may qualify for extended warranty options. Please speak with your Gardena account representative for specific terms.

1-800 Radiator & A/C is a registered trademark of its respective corporate owner. DB FRANCHISEE LLC operates the Gardena Hub facility under an authorized franchise agreement. All site design, layout, content, graphics, and technical tools on radiatorsb.us are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
